RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 14 days since received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Services and Replacement Services will not be provided where:
1-A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
2- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including earthquakes, fire, floods, lightning strikes, or transportation accidents.
3-A product sent to Heymeowo for Return & Refund and Replacement Services does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging.
4- Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided, and the package was not rejected during sign for.
5-Any fault or damage of the product is caused by non-manufacturing factors, unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
If it meets the replacement service requirements, the warranty period of the replacement product should be recalculated.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should contact 3198292461@qq.com to get the return address. Our staff will get in touch with you, and you can return the product after confirmation. Please do not return your products before getting confirmation via email
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
